Funds derived from bonus credits may only be withdrawn once the applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds prior to meeting wagering requirements may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided. Real money deposits that have not been wagered at least once may be subject to a processing review before withdrawal is approved.

In the event of a manifest pricing error — including but not limited to odds clearly set at incorrect levels due to technical malfunction or human error — 10wins reserves the right to void all bets placed at the erroneous odds and, where relevant, to settle them at the correct market price. The Company's determination of what constitutes a manifest error is final.

You may close your 10wins account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, 10wins will process any pending verified withdrawal of your remaining real money balance, subject to the completion of any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
